Ventiduct Bacteria & Odor Elimination Purification System

FAP-VBO is a dynamic purification system. It adopts the multi-catalytic Ionization technology. Our company has the intellectual property of this technology. It can eliminate formaldehyde, benzene, VOC, and other chemical pollutant and odor.
FAP-VBO could be consequently installed in ventilation ducts. It can purify the odor in the air by multiple catalytic complex purifying. It can effectively sterilize and decompose to eliminate the odor from VOC, smoke, garbage, sewage, paint, ink, kitchen cooking, anabaena, and glue so that it can let out fresh air from the ventilation duct, prevent the outdoor air from being polluted, and guarantee people’s life quality and health.

FAP-VBO can also eliminate the oil molecules in the duct. It decomposes oil into water and carbon dioxide. But as FAP-VBO is designed for sterilization and deodorization, it can only play a supporting role in oil clearance and oil pollution protection.

MCITM Technology

The worldwide-leading MCITM Multi-Catalytic Ionization Technology adopts a special quartz UV tube and produces UV nanometer light wave, which catalyzes O2 in the air and produces the Bio-O3 with low density and safety. Different the Corona discharge ozone generators, it will not produce nitric acid and nitric oxide pollution. UV+O3 uses UV spectrum, wind pressure, temperature change, TiO2, and other new catalysis to manage multi-catalytic Ionization. UV+O3 produces OH0, Super Oxygen Ions, Hydro Peroxide, and other oxidants and negative oxide ions, which can readily kill bacteria, virus, and microbes to more than 90%. It can also decompose, absorb, reduce, and eliminate chemical gas VOC, odor, RSP. It can do a multiple and comprehensive purification in the polluted air and achieve the best result. After Bio-O3, biological ozone, hydroxyl, hydrogen peroxide, and superoxide ions oxidize the pollutants, they can quickly return to oxygen and hydrogen without residues and secondary pollution, which can greatly improve AEQ.

VBO also has the function of degreasing. Because of the ultraviolet wave VBO has, its multiple catalysis produces OH0 and ozone, which could change the grease molecular structure and separate oil molecules into water and carbon dioxide. The cast of the oil molecules on FAP-VBO will decompose and dioxide again and change into water and carbon oxide. As FAP-VBO is designed for sterilization and deodorization instead of UV degreasing, it functions as a supporting role and protecting itself from oil pollution.

Small size duct:

SNE MCITM Technology has been Tested and Certified by the FAP-VBO Instruction

—All types of VBO are using double quartz tube.
—Can be used in parallel according to the requirements.
—If the gas contain oil, VBO must be installation to the oil filter after.
—LED instruction: Red: power on. Blue: double UV quartz tube working. Either one of the tubes Not working ,the Blue off.
—Advanced power control: it has self-adaptive functions, which can extend the length of validity of quartz tube. It has temperature, short circuit, and overcurrent protection. It also has the SMT technology, which is stable, reliable, and energy-saving.

FAP-VBO Configuration

Configuration can be set by referring to the wind range, odor pollution degree, wind selection, and sample test. VBO can be used in parallel. Due to the fact that ventilation tube purification is not recyclable and the pollutant is disposable to be let out, customers should use more large types and increase the amount of the products.

SNE FAP-VBO Installment

The installment position should be at the beginning end of the ventilation duct. The ventilation duct should be long enough to extend the purification time. When it is used in the Kitchen, the installment position should be in the ventilation duct which is right behind the exhaust equipment (e.g., EP or stainless oil filter) in order to avoid the oil pollution or high temperature when the degreasing equipment does not work. Multiple VBOs could be cross-installed on both sides of the ventilation duct.

FAP-VBO Power

AC/100-250V/50H-60Hz. Power supply should be linked to air blower power. That is, when the kitchen blower is operating, the VBO is on. When the kitchen blower is off, so is the VBO. It is beneficial to extend the VBO quartz tube life length.
